Our Process

Initial Consultation

Meet with our friendly team at our Display Home - 43 Blackman Drive, Warragul or by appointment at our Head Office - 6 June Court, Warragul, to discuss your ideas, requirements and energy efficient features of the house specific to your block. These discussions begin to identify the style and orientation of the home that you hope to build. After the initial meeting, should you decide to proceed with our services, a Preliminary Building Agreement is entered into, allowing us to undertake a site assessment, site investigations, drafting, engineering, energy rating and colour consultation.

Concept to Contract

Following a series of meetings, the results of the Preliminary Building Agreement will be presented to you as a fixed price quotation. Upon acceptance of this quotation a HIA New Homes Contract will be prepared, which will include working drawings, engineering and comprehensive project specifications. Once the contract is signed the building permit will be obtained.

Construction

Upon Commencement of building works you will be notified of your Completion Date. Throughout the build you will enjoy open communication with your project manager, office staff and the builder. As part of our personalised building experience, we will be there to support you and keep you informed about the progress of your new home. We truly believe building a new home should be an enjoyable experience.
