• Using double glazing to maximize the energy rating of the home.
• The use of good quality insulation, sealing around windows & doors.

• The Smart Breeze – which utilizes the heat in the roof spaces, this is pushed back into the living area through a hospital grade filter to reduce your heating costs.
• Solar electricity.
